The solution needs to be ecological (preserve water). Design style needs to be a fit to the prestigious building.
Market potential: Wetroom renovation is expensive and time consuming. This solution would have huge market potential in renovating houses built in 60s-90s (buildings, hotels). Cruisers also potential target market.
Timing: Now is ideal time to pilot new solutions, renovation has not started yet. Hotel will be opened in the near future (2-5 years).
