Short description: Land is recognized as a limited resource. We want to use circular economy concepts and new technologies to establish an effective supportive environment for better use of former industrial places and increase competitiveness of business sites and a way to effectively manage degraded areas.
Market potential: The supportive infrastructure would be used by building and landowners, entrepreneurs and general-public. The pilot solution can be applied in another municipality as well.
Timing: A solution is needed as soon as possible to effectively establish the links between the private and public sectors, efficient management of resources and successful circular economy transit.
Desired result: The solution will enable efficient resource management, activation of all stakeholders, and strengthening links between the private and public sectors. All with a goal of a more sustainable and friendly environment for innovation and digitalisation, and an easier transition to a circular economy.
