Reno Quick-Crete is an advanced concrete technology that utilizes CO2 curing in a vacuum processing environment to enhance the sustainability of concrete production. This method allows for rapid curing and can store up to 100 kg/m^3 of CO2 within the concrete, significantly reducing the time required for slab curing. Reno Quick-Crete addresses the limitations of traditional CO2 curing methods by eliminating the need for long curing durations and specific conditions such as high temperatures or pressures.
The technology has proven to be scalable and effective in factory-scale production, ensuring that the quality of concrete meets established standards while embedding substantial amounts of CO2, thus contributing to sustainability goals.
