Short description: We are looking for solution to organize process management of customer cases between multiple organizations. System should organize testbed functions between multiple campus actors, allow allocating cases transparently and to enable smooth communication & reporting between the parties.
Market potential: System is scaleable for other clusters. We already know that there is a demand for this type of solution in other clusters.
Timing: Preferably during Q4/22-Q1/23.
Desired result: System for efficient allocation of testbed clients between multiple actors. Allows transparent allocation of cases, tracking of the process, notifications at key milestones, uploading the files and downloading reports. Ready for piloting in Q4/22-Q1/23!
